Shipping & Returns/Payments:
Only credit cards from US card holders will be processed. All international orders must be completed with PayPal.
All orders within the United States ship USPS or UPS. Estimated shipping times are between 3-10 days via USPS or UPS Ground. All international orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS which can take 7-10 business days. Customs delays sometimes occur and are out of our control. Expected shipping times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to expedite every order. Orders via Free Shipping promotion will ship via USPS or UPS SurePost. Estimated delivery timelines are 3-10 business days to U.S. addresses.
Should you prefer an expedited shipping method, use the Contact Us link to submit your request. We are able to accommodate most requests. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all expedited shipping costs.
Orders submitted prior to 11:00 AM PST Monday through Thursday will be shipped the same day in most cases. During high volume days, the order may be shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays through the weekend are not processed till the following Monday and are subject to holidays.
Please note MOYA Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including packages that are mailed to an incorrect address due to customer error.
Customer assumes responsibility for all shipping fees incurred.
All USPS and UPS packages shipping domestically in the US are insured for a standard rate of $100 USD.
Additional insurance or signature confirmation on packages will need to be requested via email through the Contact Us link and will be billed for separately.
**Note** All international customers are responsible for any and all fees (customs and duties) of their country of residence. Each country has their own import fees depending on the material and or product. MOYA is NOT responsible for any import fees, nor are we aware of the fees that each country imposes.
Returns & Exchanges:
Refunds are granted upon successful receipt of the returned items, less shipping charges. MOYA Brand reserves the right to deduct a 12% restocking fee. If the refunded item was purchased via a Free Shipping promotion, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refunded purchase price. Customers wishing to return or exchange the product must notify MOYA Brand within 3 days of receiving the product. Customer has 10 days to return any item to us for full refund or exchange as long as the item is in original packaging, unused and unwashed, free of any debris. This includes animal hair, make up stains, deodorant marks, and any odor such as cigarettes. Returns are subjected to a thorough inspection and may be turned down and returned to sender. No exceptions. If the item(s) do not meet such criteria we will be forced to ship the items back to you. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges in the case or returns or exchanges, unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly.
The return must be received within 10 business days of authorization from a MOYA representative before being voided.
In the event you have issues with your purchase, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Do not attempt to repair, resew or alter the product. MOYA Brand is not liable for any alterations that are made on a defective item.
Customers wishing to exchange a product for an alternate size or color of equal value must first Contact Us to obtain an Authorized Returns Form. The replacement item will only be shipped after successful receipt of the exchange. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to and from us for the replacement product, and MOYA Brand reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if the packaging on the exchanged is damaged.
Items purchased on E-bay, Amazon or any other discount sites are NOT covered under Returns or Exchanges.
If you are returning a non-faulty item, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note
the item is your responsibility until it reaches us; for your own protection, we recommend that you send the
package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost
in the post.
Please Note: A tracking number must be provided for all returns and exchanges being shipped back to MOYA Brand.
