In the event you have issues with your purchase, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Do not attempt to repair, resew or alter the product.

MOYA Brand is not liable for any alterations that are made on a defective item.

MOYA Brand Products come with a 30 Day Warranty, which begins on the date of purchase.

MOYA Brand Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as fabric failure, rips and tears.

Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, fabric fading, discoloration and loose threading due to frequent washing.

Warranty items must be exchanged for same color/size.

In the event the exchanged product is no longer offered, MOYA Brand will offer several alternatives for the buyer to choose from within the same product category and price range.

For all Warranty Claims please email info@moyabrand.com, and type Warranty Claim in the subject box, please include full name and sales receipt number.

All Warranty Claims must be submitted in writing.
