In the event an order is placed and the customer wishes to cancel an order, MOYA Brand
will comply with the customer request, only if the request is made in writing. Such
request shall be emailed to email@example.com. Title in the subject box shall
state “Order Cancellation.” Order cancellations will receive a full refund, minus
applicable handling charges, if any.
Most orders are fulfilled the same day, in the event the customer cancels an order after
the order has been processed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for all costs
associated with the returning of the cancelled product. The cancelled product must be
shipped within 48 hours of the customer receiving the cancelled item. Additionally, a
tracking number must accompany the returned product. MOYA Brand is not responsible
for lost in the mail items.
MOYABrand has the discretion to void a cancellation if the cancelled product is not
shipped within said time frame. And the above requirements are not followed. The
returned product must be in original packaging, unused and unwashed and free of stains.
MoyaBrand has the discretion to charge a 12% restocking/processing fee.
