Can I use a different billing & shipping address?
Any orders that have a mix match billing & shipping address will be held for review. Moya Brand reserves the right to cancel any orders with mix match billing & shipping addresses.
Do you accept International Credit Cards?
We do not accept international credit cards at this time. If you have attempted to use your international credit card to make a purchase on our site, your credit card will be refunded within 48 to 72 hours and your order will be cancelled.
What payment methods are available for those living outside the USA & US Territories?
Only PayPal is accepted for all International purchases (outside the US and US Territories).
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders ship within a 24 hour time period (except orders placed on Weekends and or Holidays) unless stated otherwise on the product description (Items coming soon and presale/preorder items). All orders ship via US Mail or UPS. You will receive an automated email from US Mail or UPS with all the tracking information. Please check your spam box, occasionally our emails and UPS notification emails will get snagged.

How can I upgrade my shipping service?
There is not a shipping upgrade service on our site, you will have to email us at email@example.com or call the office at 562 696 0333.
What are my shipping options?
We ship via UPS & USPS for all domestic (mainland USA and US Territories). International orders (outside the USA and US Territories) ship via either Ups, FedEx & USPS. All orders are shipped WITHOUT Signature Confirmation, which means the shipping carrier will leave the item at your doorstep, regardless if you are present for delivery.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Ups Domestic Ground – Anywhere on the mainland United States takes approx. 2 – 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), time frame is determined on shipping address.
USPS Priority Mail – Estimated time in transit 3 to 8 business days anywhere on the Mainland USA including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam & US Territories.
All APO/FPO Address and PO BOX Addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail – Estimated duration 3 to 8 business days.
USPS International Priority Mail or Standard UPS Ground -
Estimated transit time is 7-10 business days, but does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery confirmation number is provided when available. Carrier insurance is not provided.

International Orders - FedEx International Economy:
Estimated transit time is 4 to 8 business days. This service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking and insurance provided. Signature option is not available. Package will be left at door step whether or not you are present for delivery.

How can I cancel my order?

What if I attempted to cancel my order but the order has been shipped?
You can mail back the order to us, Moya Brand will not provide a return shipping label. See RETURN POLICY FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
How can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes. You will be required to cancel your order and re-order if you require any changes. This includes changes to the style, color, size, shipping address, etc.
Can I combine multiple orders to ship together?
Due to prevent processing delays, we unfortunately cannot combine multiple orders to ship together. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.
What happens if I did not receive my order?
If for some reason, you did not receive your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs for all refused and undeliverable packages, as well as, packages sent to an incorrect address.
What happens if I did not receive my complete order or my order is damaged?
If you are missing an item(s) or an item is damaged, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not dispose of the packaging the order came in. You will be required to fill out a claim form and possibly provide photos, so we can investigate further.
Can I cancel a pre-order item?
If you would like to cancel a pre-order, you must cancel on or before the stated deadline. Pre-order items are made-to-order items, any cancellations made after the deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee of ten (10%) percent of the purchase price.
What can cause my order(s) to be modified, placed on hold or canceled?
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our discretion, we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same name, the same credit card, Paypal account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, or orders using a discount code that is not permitted. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
