UFC Champion Alexa Grasso Takes Center Stage as Head Coach on The Ultimate Fighter Season 32
Moya Brand is beaming with pride as one of their very own athletes, Alexa Grasso, has been tapped to serve as a head coach on the UFC's long-running reality show The Ultimate Fighter for its upcoming 32nd season.
Grasso's appointment comes fresh off one of the biggest victories of her career - a spectacular rear-naked choke submission win over Valentina Shevchenko to capture the UFC women's flyweight title. With that triumph, the 29-year-old became the first Mexican-born woman to wear UFC gold.
The Guadalajara, Mexico native's journey to the top has been years in the making, Grasso made her mark on the local MMA circuit before earning a spot in Invicta FC, one of the premier women's MMA promotions. Her performances there paved the way for a UFC call-up in 2016.

Since joining the UFC, Grasso has showcased an incredibly well-rounded game that has made her one of the most exciting fighters on the roster. Her striking and relentless pressure are complemented by a highly technical grappling acumen. Many do not know Alexa has some serious ground skills and was promoted to brown belt after her dethroning of Valentina Shevchenko.
Now, as the new UFC flyweight queen and head coach on TUF 32, Grasso will have the opportunity to take prospective fighters under her wing and impart over 15 years of martial arts wisdom. Her journey from a teenage pro debut to Ultimate Fighter coach is an inspirational story of perseverance, passion, and world-class skill.
Moya Brand representatives stated that they "couldn't be more proud" to have one of their elite athletes representing the brand and the sport of MMA on one of the biggest platforms in the UFC. All eyes will be on Alexa Grasso as she tries to lead her team of upstart fighters to victory this season and cement her status as MMA's next big superstar.
